We offer White Glove Delivery for large furniture items, which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal. Smaller decor items are shipped via standard ground carriers within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture pieces.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we partner with specialized lenders to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can apply for financing directly at checkout to see your personalized rates.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All American Home Furniture products come with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.
How can I track my furniture order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For White Glove deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
