Plush seating and a simple frame make the Abilene Dining Chair versatile and incredibly comfortable. A mixed material seat features our polo club muslin performance fabric on top of a rustic oak wood frame. Paper rope detailing at the back of the chair gives an understated coastal influence while also acting as a functional handle. Powder-coated matte black legs contrast with the light-colored materials. As wood is an organic, porous material, these pieces will contain natural variation of texture and may also exhibit fine indentations and cracks. Wood pieces will also display a disparity of color and grain, and visible knots and burls that add to the character of each piece. Due to the natural contents of natural paper rope, it is advised to minimize contact with strongly dyed fabrics to avoid discoloration and/or color transfer.
